ASINBuyer is operated by AdamantIT LLC, a Delaware-organized limited liability company. For postal correspondence (legal notices, subpoenas, state-law privacy requests in writing), email support@asinbuyer.com first — we'll provide the registered-agent service address so your mail reaches the right legal channel without sitting in a PO box.
Customers sending outbound email through the platform use their own postal address in every outbound CAN-SPAM footer — that address is collected at onboarding and edited from Settings → Sender.
Before you write
A few things that save us both a round-trip:
- Sign-in trouble?Confirm you're using the same email you signed up with, and check your spam folder for the magic link. Reset takes 30 seconds from the login page.
- Credit dispute? Open the campaign in question and check Buyer Credits → Activity for the matching ledger row. Include the row id when you write — it lets us resolve it in one round-trip.
- Lead complaint or unsubscribe from a recipient? Forward the original message — the unsubscribe header and reply-to alias let us match it instantly and add the address to the workspace suppression list across every campaign.
What we can't help with
ASINBuyer is an outreach platform, not a managed service. We don't write your campaigns for you, we don't take responsibility for the deliverability of your sender domain, and we don't guarantee a reply rate. We give you the tools, the AI agents, and the credits — the strategy is yours.
